Shipping & Payments

What are the Shipping Charges & Payment Options?

• Prepaid Shipping Charges can range between Rs. 99-499 for order below Rs. 5000
• Shipping is Free on orders Pre-Paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking & Wallets using the secure QR Code, Razorpay, PayTM Payment Gateway above Rs. 5000.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once an order is placed, we process and ship it in 7-10 business days (unless otherwise specified on the product page). We do not ship orders on Sundays and designated Holidays. However in some cases we may take longer, up to 15 working days, to ship the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is shipped, it will take the following number of days to deliver:

1	Within Bangalore	up to 2 days
2	To Other Metro Cities	up to 4 days
3	Rest of India	up to 6 days

How can I track my order?

After an order is shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS with the tracking details.

Can I change my Shipping Address?

If your order has not left our warehouse, change of address is possible. Please contact us immediately from your registered phone number or email address to give us the proper address.
